Biography
Kevin regularly advises clients in relation to commercial and corporate law, healthcare, competition law, intellectual property law, data privacy, electronic communications and product liability. Kevin has broad experience with advising on regulatory and compliance issues, outlining strategies in relation to compliant conduct of business and dispute resolution. In addition to his practical involvement in law, Kevin is author of numerous publications in the area of international sale of goods, corporate law, product liability and intellectual property. In the areas he covers, he has extensive comparative overview in relation to EU regulation.
